When to plant Tulip Bulbs (UK):
For optimal tulip blooms, plant bulbs in autumn when the soil cools. In general, October to November is ideal, but warmer climates may opt for December. Specifically in the UK, September to November is best. If unable to plant immediately, store bulbs in a cool, dry place.
How to plant Tulip Bulbs:
To plant tulip bulbs in autumn, choose a spot and dig a hole using a trowel. Place the bulb with the pointed end up, 20cm deep - about three times its height. Avoid soaking and space bulbs 5cm apart.
