SPINACH
Beta vulgaris 'Beet Perpetual is a wonderful substitute to Spinach with smooth, tender dark green leaves and a robust flavour. This variety has a long harvest period from late summer to early winter.

Exposure: Full sun to partial shade
Harvest: August to December
Garden Uses: Great for beds & borders; also good for planting in greenhouse, glass house or home. RHS Award of Garden Merit
GROWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Sowing outdoors - April-July
Row width: 15cm
Sow seeds thinly 1.5cm deep direct in growing bed in rows 15cm apart. Keep the soil moist and be careful not to over-water. Thin to 1 plant. Pick the leaves when they are large enough to use, do not let them get too big.
