Lawn seeds may be sown from March to October. However, for best results, sow lawn seed in the spring from March to May and in the early autumn from mid September to mid October. For an autumn sowing allow time for the seed to fully germinate before freezing temperatures arrive in your region.

Lawn seed grows best when the temperature is consistently around 10-18 ⁰C
