CHARACTERISTICS

Height: 40cm-50cm

Exposure: Full sun

Harvest: June to October

Garden Uses: Great for beds & borders; also good for planting in greenhouse or glass house.

STARTING INDOORS:

September October/January-March - Sow seeds 1.5cm deep in trays of moist compost, be careful not to over-water. Store in glass house. Plant out in desired location in April, harden off first.

SOWING OUTDOORS:

March-June - Row width 50cm

Sow seeds 1.5cm deep direct in growing bed. Keep the soil moist, and be careful not to over-water. When large enough to handle thin to 50cm apart. Ideal for successional sowing. Keep well watered in dry conditions. Prefers a well cultivated soil.
