Planting Advice

Plant bulbs with the pointed end up at around 10 cm (4 in) deep, spacing about one bulb-width apart. Mix in a little general fertiliser at planting, keep soil light and well drained, and avoid waterlogging. For strong displays, plant in odd-numbered groups or naturalise through beds and containers.

Cut Flowers: Harvest when buds are just colouring for longer vase life.
