This striking dahlia produces deep red single flowers with bright orange-yellow centres, standing out against dark purple to near-black foliage. The bold colouring makes it an excellent choice for dramatic summer borders.

Plant in full sun once frost risk has passed, spacing tubers well to allow good air circulation. Keep soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Expect flowers from midsummer through to early autumn, with strong appeal for pollinating insects.
