Dahlia Firepot
The aptly named Dahlia 'Firepot' almost glows in colour with rich orange / pink petals leading to a golden yellow centre with purple tips, it is a total magent for pollinators in the garden. With long single stems it makes a stunning cut flower
For best results grow Dahlia 'Firepot’ in moist soil or compost, in full sun to partial shade. Keep plants well watered, especially if growing in pots. Being tender, cannas need a little protection to get them through winter. Mulch in autumn to protect the rhizomes from frost, or bring pots indoors.
