Astilbe Red, grown by top Dutch and British growers to the highest standards and packed in Scotland by Jamieson Brothers, is a perennial variety featuring vibrant scarlet-red or crimson-red plumes that add sensational texture in late spring to summer. These airy plumes sway above handsome, lacy, fern-like foliage. Excellent for shade gardens, woodland gardens, borders, edging, container gardening, and along pond or stream banks.
